Individual therapy at New Growth is rooted in the belief that people are inherently whole, even when you feel fragmented, lost, or overwhelmed. This isn’t a space to be “fixed.” It’s a space to be seen, heard, and understood. Healing begins with connection—to yourself, to others, and to the experiences that have shaped you.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, humanistic perspective. Drawing from positive psychology, narrative therapy, CBT, compassion-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic experiencing techniques, I tailor each therapeutic experience to meet your unique needs and pace.
Growth happens when we slow down enough to notice the patterns we’re stuck in, understand their roots, and begin to rewrite the stories we carry. Therapy is a collaborative process—you’re not being directed, you’re being accompanied.
Change doesn’t come from becoming someone else. It comes from becoming more fully yourself. In our work together, we explore what holds you back, what drives your decisions, and what you truly need to feel safe, confident, and empowered. This exploration often includes getting to know yourself—what you protect, what overwhelms you, what you hope for—all of which deserve compassion and a voice in the room.
Therapy is not just about problem-solving. It’s about building insight, deepening self-trust, and making real, meaningful movement toward growth.
Therapy at New Growth is about sustainable, authentic change. We’re cultivating clarity, emotional depth, and a life that feels more aligned—with who you are and who you're becoming.
