Jillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University, and will be pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in the fall. She is member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the American Psychological Association (APA) Division 55, the International Organization of Business Professionals (IOBP), and remains committed to staying at the forefront of research and best practices in the field of mental health and psychology.

Scott is a seasoned school psychologist with over 40 years of experience working in both public and private school settings. His journey in school psychology began at Englishton Park Children’s Program, where his early exposure to child development sparked a deep commitment to supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Mentored by program founder and director Dr. Harve Rawson, a renowned psychology professor at Hanover College, Scott recognized the critical role that school psychologists play in guiding families and helping children thrive when resources and understanding are limited.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hanover College, Scott pursued a Master’s of Science in School Psychology from Miami University of Ohio. Throughout his career, he has worked with students ranging from preschool through high school, assessing and diagnosing learning, social, and behavioral needs. He has provided invaluable support to teachers, administrators, and families, offering expert recommendations and strategies to help children succeed in the classroom and beyond.
