Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the expected cost of your mental health care services. As a client of True Growth Counseling & Consulting, you have the right to:
Receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance (i.e., self-pay)
Request this estimate before your first appointment or at any time during your care
Dispute charges that are $400 or more than the estimate you were given
Your Good Faith Estimate will include the cost of services you’re scheduled to receive, and may include other services commonly provided alongside them. It is not a binding contract or a guarantee of exact totals, but is meant to help you plan and make informed decisions.
For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact us via email or phone.
